Mrs. Hester is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, Certified Christian Counselor, and member of North American Association of Coaches and Counselors.

10+ years' experience working with clients of all ages and from various backgrounds. She has a wealth of knowledge and insight regarding spiritually reconnecting to the core and inner self, in order to cope and overcome life stressors, frustrations, and/or challenges, depression, anxiety, career changes, and overall emotional management.
